Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?
Absolutely! You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to return any items for any reason at all. Returns are always free 😊

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you place your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.
Q: My package is missing, what should I do?
If tracking shows a delivered package, there a couple best practices:
- As weird as it sounds, check with family members or neighbors. Sometimes parcels are placed in odd spots or moved accidentally.
- Check with your local delivery person as soon as possible. Often, the mail carrier will remember that day’s delivery and the trip to your home.
- Give it a few days. Sometimes packages will magically show up a day or 2 after a scanned delivery.
- If all resources have been exhausted, Contact Us and we will begin the process of filing a claim for you.
If tracking is stuck in transit:
In this business, unfortunately packages are lost from time to time. Although rare, if this happens to you, we will absolutely make it right. We will never allow you to be out of money AND you order. Contact Us and we will let us know your package is stuck in transit. We’ll begin the process of filing a claim to hopefully push your package along. If nothing happens after a few days, we will refund 100% of your order.
Q: Do you guarantee the authenticity of the clothing and accessories in your store?
A: Definitely yes! We are obsessive about checking through our items to make sure no fakes get by us, and we are constantly educating ourselves in this field. We even have a woman on staff who authenticates for Louis Vuitton, so we do have a lot of professional expertise on our staff. We only sell authentic items, and we stand by that guarantee!
Q: Does Clothes-Funder provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: We know how important cleanliness is when it comes to clothing, and especially pre-owned clothing. That is why we have a multi-step process to look over all clothing items to ensure there are NO cosmetic flaws of any kind, including stains, pulls, pilling, odors, tears, holes and excessive stretching. This process of surveying clothing is done by multiple people on staff to ensure nothing is missed. We rarely ever make a mistake, but every now and then we miss something.
